Extension 1.0.3 adds broken-link visibility, bulk actions, and timezone controls
Indexer 1.0.3 makes the browser extension better for cleanup work with broken-link labels, filtering, bulk delete, folder selection, and clearer recap timing.
Indexer extension 1.0.3 is focused on making bookmark cleanup faster and making sync state easier to understand across Chrome and Firefox.
What changed
- Broken or blocked bookmarks now show visible labels in the extension when URL checks have flagged them.
- The extension has a Broken filter so you can quickly review bookmarks that may need cleanup.
- Bulk delete now works for selected bookmarks, including keyboard support.
- You can select all visible bookmarks or all bookmarks inside the active folder.
- Folder paths are cleaner across Chrome and Firefox by treating
Bar,Other, andMobileas logical roots. - Extension settings now include timezone controls for local recap notifications.
Why it matters
Bookmark libraries get messy through normal use. This release makes cleanup more direct: find broken links, select a batch, and remove or reorganize them without editing one bookmark at a time.
The timezone work also makes recap timing less surprising. Local extension notifications use the timezone selected in extension settings, while Pro email recaps use the timezone saved in your web profile.
What is next
- More polish around broken-link review in the web app.
- Better reporting for skipped sync items.
- Continued cleanup of settings and recovery tools before wider extension promotion.
