Indexer extension 1.0.6 fixes broken-link status visibility for existing extension installs.

What changed

• The extension now pulls bookmark URL health metadata in the correct sync response shape.
• Existing installs run a one-time health metadata backfill on the next sync.
• Broken-link labels and the Broken filter should populate after syncing when the web app has URL scan results.

Why it matters

Broken-link checks are only useful if the browser extension can show the status. This release makes sure older extension installs catch up with scan data that may have been created before the extension learned how to display it.
